Human Resources Assistant - Labor Reporting Clerk
Casa Grande, AZ

MAIN FUNCTION:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and flow of work for the Human Resources Department/Production Control including reports as required on a timely basis. Primary responsibility is to maintain time and attendance system to reflect accurate information, payroll data entry, answer payroll questions, attendance tracking, paycheck distribution, and labor reporting. Works closely with manufacturing to ensure the support system is in place to assist as needed. Other duties as assigned. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • High school or equivalent.
  • One year high-accuracy data entry working under strict deadlines and payroll/accounting experience is a plus.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Bi-lingual (English –Spanish) in both verbal and written formats strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills a plus.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

QA Technician

Key responsibilities are:

• Auditing and inspection of products produced by the Winnipeg plants.

• Assisting in maintenance and improvement of the quality systems required by ISO 9001 certification.

• Assist with improving quality standards.

• Take responsibility and ownership of other quality improvement projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A diploma/certificate in Quality or Engineering Technology.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

• Good problem solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
