   You do not have to provide Price with your personal information. The choice is yours. No personal information is required for basic browsing or use of Price’s website. However, for Price to provide its products and services to you, your personal information is required. This includes delivering your newsletter subscription via email, sending a copy of our product line brochure to you via email, accessing our Services, and other operational purposes that are essential for Price to provide the products and services that you requested from us.

   Price has security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of your user data under our control. Price uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect any personally identifiable data stored on its computers. Only authorized employees have access to the information you provide us.

   The network and Internet connection has been secured by our experts and is continually monitored, is protected against malware through the use of endpoint security software and is further protected against Internet attacks through the use of the corporate firewall. The servers are backed up on a regular basis to ensure that data loss is minimized as a result of computer or drive failure.

   You are ultimately responsible for the security of your personal computer. Please take care when using and storing information on it. Price recommends that you do not divulge your passwords to anyone. You should log out of your browser and computer at the end of each computer session and lock your computer when it is left unattended. This ensures that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence and is especially important if several people have access to your personal computer or you are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.

   Price provides its users the ability to access, update, and edit their personal information in their user profiles or that Price otherwise has on record at any point provided that Price can authenticate their identity. We will respond to your request within 30 days from the date that your request was received.

   For California residents:

   California residents can also submit requests by calling 1-833-240-6878 toll free in Canada and the United States. Once we receive your request, we may verify it by requesting information sufficient to confirm your identity. If you would like to use an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State to exercise your rights, we may request evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to exercise rights on your behalf.

   Depending on where you live, you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that Price’s processing of personal information infringes applicable law.
